1: Shopping Cart

Click on the collections of your choice and decide on which item you would like to purchase. Select the Quantity and then click on Add. You can continue shopping by selecting another collection. Once you are satisfied with your selections, proceed to check out by clicking on the cart which can be found on the top right hand corner of the window. You may select more quantities in the checkout process.


2: Contact Info

You will be asked to create an account with us. Please input your billing / shipping details such as Your Name, Your Mailing Address, Your Contact Number & Your Email Address for order confirmations to be sent to. Take note that all information given to us are strictly confidential and we do not disclose or use such information without your approval/consent. 


3: Order Confirmation

At the checkout process, review your selected items and click “Confirm” to complete the order. Once the order is submitted, you will receive an Email or Whatsapp / Facebook PM confirmation within 12 hours.

However, if you fail to receive an order confirmation within 12 hours, kindly drop us a notification at either one of the following channels for us to check and get back to you:

4: Payment

Currently, Mirour SG accepts the following payment options:

1. Cash Deposit / ATM / Internet Banking or FAST Transfer

  • For Cash Deposit / ATM transfer, please select Current Account

2. DBS PayNow

    Please follow the instructions on the Email or Whatsapp / Facebook PM confirmation to complete the transaction and await your purchase. Do send us a screenshot of the transfer for our verification. 

    All payments have to made within 12 HOURS after the Email or Whatsapp / Facebook PM confirmation. If payment is not made within the 12 hours period, the item(s) will be released to the next pending customer.

    3. VISA / Mastercard

    Once payment is made, kindly provide us the payment reference number via Whatsapp to +65 8522 2708 or Facebook PM to Mirour SG.

    4. Apple Pay / Google Pay

    Once payment is made, kindly provide us the payment reference number via Whatsapp to +65 8522 2708 or Facebook PM to Mirour SG.


    Payment verification will take between 1 to 2 business days depending on the mode of payment.


    5: Postage & Delivery

    Mirour SG will be using Home Delivery as the default delivery method.

    Home Delivery – $5.00:

    Home delivery is charged at $5.00 per order. This will be delivered directly to your home.


    6: Refund and Exchange Policy

    Mirour SG conducts 100% quality checks on all our goods before sending them out to our loyal customers.

    We have a no refund policy upon payment made and once goods are received.

    Our exchange policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since your goods receipt, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

    To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    Exchanges (if applicable)
    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please send us a Whatsapp at +65 8522 2708 and we will contact you within 24 hours on the exchange process.

    We will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Once received, we will proceed to do an exchange for your items and will inform you once the items are mailed out to your address.
