We have a no refund policy upon payment.
However, we have an exchange policy which lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since your goods receipt, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please send us a Whatsapp at +65 8522 2708 and we will contact you within 24 hours on the exchange process.
We will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Once received, we will proceed to do an exchange for your items and will inform you once the items are mailed out to your address.
